In supersession of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Shops and Establishments Act, 1958, dated 01 August 2022, the State Government hereby directs that the provisions of section 25 of the said Act which relates to the working of women between 09:00 pm to 07:00 am.

मध्यप्रदेश दुकान एवं स्थापना अधिनियम 1958 की धारा 3 की उपधारा (2), दिनांक 01 अगस्त 2022, को अतिष्ठित करते हुए राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा यह निर्देश देती है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 25 के उपबंध जो कि रात्रि 09:00 बजे से प्रात: 07:00 बजे के बीच महिलाओं के कामकाज से संबंधित है।
